1st Transnational Kick-Off Meeting

A Successful Start to Our Collaborative Journey
The IN_AgriCulture project officially started with its first Transnational Partnership Meeting, hosted by the project coordinator, Çukurova District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, in Adana, Türkiye.
Representatives from all partner organisations in Türkiye, Greece, and Portugal participated in this milestone event, marking the beginning of a 12-month collaborative effort aimed at transforming vocational agricultural education.
Meeting Overview and Significance
The kick-off meeting represented a fundamental step in establishing effective communication, shared understanding, and a coordinated working plan among project partners. It enabled the alignment of partner expectations, clarification of roles and responsibilities, and definition of the operational framework for project implementation.
The face-to-face format significantly strengthened team cohesion and trust, which are essential for the successful delivery of transnational project activities.
Key Focus Areas and Collaborative Outcomes
During the intensive two-day programme, partners engaged in productive discussions covering several key aspects of the project:
- Consortium Building and Vision Alignment:
Partners presented their organisational expertise and previous experience, fostering mutual understanding and establishing a strong and cohesive consortium. - Strategic Framework Development:
Detailed planning sessions were conducted to define the project implementation roadmap, including timelines, partner responsibilities, and collaboration mechanisms. - Core Output Planning:
Special emphasis was placed on planning the development of the project’s main outputs, particularly training materials and digital resources tailored to the needs of the target groups. - Communication and Dissemination Strategy:
A comprehensive strategy was jointly developed to ensure project visibility and maximise impact at local, national, and European levels. - Quality Assurance Foundations:
Monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance frameworks were established to ensure high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Forward Momentum and Next Steps
The meeting concluded with a clear action plan and strong motivation among partners. Concrete next steps were agreed upon, including the scheduling of future meetings and the definition of initial milestones for content development.
Partners left the meeting with a shared commitment to modernising vocational agricultural education and a strong spirit of transnational cooperation.
This successful kick-off meeting firmly positioned the IN_AgriCulture project on a clear and collaborative path towards achieving meaningful and sustainable impact.

The kick-off meeting contributed directly to the achievement of project objectives by:
- Building a cohesive and well-coordinated consortium across three countries
- Establishing a shared and actionable roadmap for all work packages
- Making key technical decisions regarding the structure and development process of training materials
